·Increasing resemblance to Taiwan.

Key weakness of mainland China:
·Underdevelopment and imbalance of entire finance system.
·Weaknesses of inter-firm relationships.
Conclusion:
·is excellent localion for much high-tech manufacturing and R&D.
·Chinese firms are/will be strong only in limited numbered medium and high-tech sectors.
不要轻信网上流传的《地震时应该躲在哪里》
汶川地震后余震不断,上网搜注意事项,发现有一篇文章很火,叫做《地震时应该躲在哪里》,说是美国国际搜救队长道格卡普提醒应该在地震时“不要躲在桌子、床铺下,而要以比桌、床高度更低的姿势,躲在桌子床铺的旁边。”在网上搜索了一下,发现有一些质疑的文章,先转一篇,方舟子的博客:http://www.xys-reader.org/blogs/fangzhouzi/?p=9330
至少美国官方提供的材料没有推荐这样做,来自FEMA(美国联邦紧急措施署):

What to Do During an Earthquake
Stay as safe as possible during an earthquake. Be aware that some earthquakes are actually foreshocks and a larger earthquake might occur. Minimize your movements to a few steps to a nearby safe place and stay indoors until the shaking has stopped and you are sure exiting is safe.
If indoors
DROP to the ground; take COVER by getting under a sturdy table or other piece of furniture; and HOLD ON on until the shaking stops. If there isn’t a table or desk near you, cover your face and head with your arms and crouch in an inside corner of the building.
Stay away from glass, windows, outside doors and walls, and anything that could fall, such as lighting fixtures or furniture.
Stay in bed if you are there when the earthquake strikes. Hold on and protect your head with a pillow, unless you are under a heavy light fixture that could fall. In that case, move to the nearest safe place.
Use a doorway for shelter only if it is in close proximity to you and if you know it is a strongly supported, loadbearing doorway.
Stay inside until shaking stops and it is safe to go outside. Research has shown that most injuries occur when people inside buildings attempt to move to a different location inside the building or try to leave.
Be aware that the electricity may go out or the sprinkler systems or fire alarms may turn on.
DO NOT use the elevators.

自责?
(刚想开始写,又有余震!之后风声骤起!超级恐怖!马上跑到楼下……)
今天晚上开班长会,hy同志为党支部作了深刻检讨,说什么在地震期间做得如何不够,党员组织如何涣散之类的……还给每个班发了一个医药箱(说是以学校的名义才买到这些药品——但其实真正的灾民才需要这些紧缺物品,我们是不是太无情?!)。
试问在这个特殊时期,我们能做什么?救灾显然不现实。我们能起的最好的带头作用就是管好自己,不造谣,不添堵,能够做到这些已经很不错了,不要强求学生党员还能做什么。
事后的忏悔和内疚是可以理解和接受的,但是说实话我们也不会怪罪谁——大家都是凡人,党员也是。但若想通过事后的自责来表达原来你是如此高尚,大家谁也不会干!都知道,再来一次,还会是这样……
觉悟
我现在在清水河的一食堂一楼大厅,今晚可能还是有余震,但祸不单行,外面下着雨,不可能去操场了。
从来没有如此近、如此长期的接近和面临死亡!我真的是如此的脆弱,不仅是面对死亡时,更是体现在生死时刻的道德抉择!
爱一个人,即可以为之去死!这是潜意识的行为,并不存在所谓的“抉择”!
我的骨子里就是一个混蛋!不用任何的申辩!但我还是希望大家平安幸福,虽然我可能只是80后中的渣滓!
